- We do not offer returns for products chosen incorrectly by the customer. Please ensure you select the correct item before making your purchase.
- SHB Depot does not accept responsibility for any returned goods that are lost in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly packaged and sent using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance if necessary.
Faulty Goods Policy
1. Credit Note Issuance:
- If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for the return of the item. Once the faulty item or items are received back at our head office, a credit note will be issued.
- Please note, we do not provide refunds for faulty items; only credit notes will be issued.
How to Return an Item

2. Shipping Your Return:
- Securely package the item and include a copy of the original invoice.
- Use a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as SHB Depot is not responsible for items lost in transit.
